Permanent part-time Nanny position 2 days per week 14+ hours
A lovely, welcoming family are looking for an experienced and professional nanny to support them from October 2025. This lovely role is to look after 3 children aged 2.5 years, 5 years and newborn due September 2025. The Nanny is required to work 2 days per week from 12-6.30/7pm. Ideal days would be a Wednesday and one other day of the week, ideally a Monday but the family can be flexible for the right nanny. The mother will be having a c-section therefore if there is any flexibility to work an extra full day initially to help get the children to nursery/school and support the mother with the newborn and light housework this would be ideal.
Duties:
- Childcare for 2.5 year old and newborn in the home and outside the home (playgroups etc) - to enable the mother to have some respite or work
- Collection of the 5 year old from school (walking distance) - either with the other children or looking after the baby so the mother can collect by herself
- Possible drop off at after school clubs
- Support with homework, reading, writing, any school projects
- Meal prep for children and if it’s something adults would eat too, making extra (although this is not a deal breaker)
- Clearing away after children’s meal times
- Tidying the playroom
- Tidying the children’s rooms
- Supporting with light domestic chores; children’s laundry, sorting the children’s clothes (e.g. removing clothes that are too small from wardrobes), changing the children’s bedding, getting school uniform out for the next day, being aware of anything happening at school/nursery that needs extra input (e.g. world book day etc)
- Picking up any essential groceries if the family run out
- Bath time and start of bedtime routine
The family are looking for someone with newborn experience, ideally someone with qualifications and previous nanny experience, someone caring and friendly, someone interested in child development and supporting the children to learn and develop, a nanny that is able to get on with children and adults (the mother will be around on the 2 afternoons initially so would love to find someone who she feels comfortable being around in that post-partum period, someone organised and efficient and that is happy to help around the house or for the children if they notice it needs doing and would be helpful. If they speak another language that would be a bonus.
Candidates must have a full driving licence and use of their own car for work purposes, a DBS police check, paediatric first aid training and excellent checkable references.
Salary: Suggested salary of £16-18 gross per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Permanent part-time Nanny position 2 full days per week
A professional Nanny is required to work for a lovely, outgoing family well known to the agency 2 days per week. This lovely role is to provide sole charge care for a 2 year old boy on a Wednesday and Friday from 8.30/9am (family can be flexible with the start time) until 5pm. For the right candidate, the family will consider 2 other days in the week as long as they are not consecutive days. Occasional babysitting will be required (1-2 times per month) with advanced notice.
The ideal candidate will be warm, bubbly and have toddler experience. The nanny will provide a stimulating, age-appropriate day with lots of opportunities for exploring the outdoors and attending local activities, giving the child lots of opportunities for learning and socialising with other children.
The family are looking to appoint someone with a kind, caring, friendly and cheery nature. The Nanny should be experienced and reliable/trustworthy. A helping hand with tidying the kitchen, unloading the dishwasher and light tidying would be a bonus as the family are very busy with work commitments.

Permanent part-time baby Nanny position 3 days per week
A professional Nanny is required to work 3 days per week for a friendly and welcoming family in Lower Parkstone, Poole. This lovely role sole charge caring for her baby boy who will be around 4 months old upon starting. The required days are Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s 8am-1pm. The family also have a 2 year old boy who will be present on Wednesday’s, therefore care is required for both children on this day.
The ideal candidate will have newborn and toddler experience and will be able to advise on all aspects of feeding/weaning, sleep routines and changing/bathing the baby. the nanny will provide stimulating, age-appropriate activities for the children both at home and in the local area. The Nanny will enjoy taking the baby to activities in the local area and groups/classes giving him lots of opportunities for learning and socialising with other children. The mother runs her own business and will be working from home in a separate office.
The family are looking to appoint someone with a kind, caring, friendly and cheery nature. The Nanny should be experienced and reliable/trustworthy. Whilst the baby naps the Nanny should be happy to lend a helping hand with the children’s laundry, meal preparation and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy after use.

Part-time newborn Nanny position 24 hours per week over 4 days per week Contract length 12 months minimum
A professional Nanny is required to work 4 days per week for a friendly and welcoming family in Charminster, Bournemouth. This lovely role is to support a young mother in caring for her newborn who will be around 8 weeks old upon starting. The role will be a mixture of sole-charge and shared care, supporting the mother with her transition to becoming a young parent.
The ideal candidate will have newborn experience and will be able to advise on all aspects of feeding/weaning, sleep routines and changing/bathing the baby. The nanny will provide stimulating, age-appropriate activities for the baby both at home and in the local area, taking him/her to activities to encourage opportunities for learning and socialising with other children. The nanny should be sensitive to the mothers’ needs, involving her in the baby’s care where appropriate but also giving her time to rest where needed.
The family are looking to appoint someone with a kind, caring, friendly and cheery nature. The Nanny should be experienced and reliable/trustworthy. Whilst the baby naps the Nanny should be happy to lend a helping hand with the baby’s laundry, tidying the baby’s toys/bedroom and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy after use. Preparation of bottles and solids is also required.

Babysitters and nannies required for various bookings throughout Dorset and Hampshire. The bookings will take place either in families' homes, hotels or at event venues. Babysitters/nannies will receive £12-16 per hour with a minimum booking time of 3 hours.
